Matt Monaco began Bantering Bees as a way to bridge together the natural food movement and fitness community throughout New Jersey. With 18 years experience teaching martial arts and achieving over 6 years of practicing natural movement, Matt is ready to meet people where they are at in their health journey and go from there. His main goal is to make healthy living accessible, fun, and something you look forward to doing. 
As you make this next step into your food or fitness journey, know that you'll have a support system in place from day one.

We try to keep our groups small, so we can prioritize individual attention when needed. There are about 5-10 people in a group class.

How many people can I expect in a group session?

Each class will be taught by Matt Monaco. You'll know who to expect for each session and Matt will be familiar with your personal fitness journey.
